These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BacklinksFans.com (“BacklinksFans,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Digital Intangible Goods and Refund Policy.

1) Nature of Services & Definitions

• Digital Services. We sell non-physical, intangible marketing services delivered via third-party social platforms (e.g., followers, likes, views, and related services).
• Service Initiation. A service is initiated when (a) your order enters our processing queue; (b) we allocate resources/providers; or (c) delivery begins in whole or in part on your target profile/post.
• Service Delivery. A service is delivered when the ordered action has been applied to the provided profile/post or when delivery progress is recorded in our systems.

2) Eligibility & Age

You must be 18+ and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You represent that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

3) Acceptance of Terms & Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with policies referenced herein (including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and BacklinksFans and supersede prior communications.

4) Non-Refundable Once Started

All sales are final once the service has been initiated. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including dissatisfaction, subsequent drops/fluctuations, or changes in social media algorithms, policies, verification, or anti-spam measures that may affect performance after delivery. 5) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide correct profile links/usernames and post URLs.
• Keep the account/profile public/visible for the duration of delivery.
• Do not change usernames/URLs or remove content during delivery.

Orders impacted by incorrect data, private/limited profiles, content removal, shadowbans, geo/age restrictions, or platform policy violations are not eligible for refunds or re-delivery.

6) Platform Risk & Performance Variability

You understand that performance depends on third-party platforms (e.g., rate limits, filters, queue delays, moderation). These events, as well as force majeure, do not create eligibility for refunds or credits.

7) Proof of Delivery & Evidence

We maintain internal logs, timestamps, progress reports, and before/after snapshots as evidence of delivery. Upon request, we may provide a delivery summary. Validation of delivery is based on these records, not solely on publicly visible counters that may later adjust.

8) Adjustments/Credits (If Attributable to Us)

If an order cannot be fulfilled due exclusively to a BacklinksFans error (e.g., a confirmed technical fault before any partial delivery), we may, at our sole discretion: (a) re-attempt delivery, or (b) issue a partial refund or store credit proportional to the undelivered portion. Contact support@backlinksfans.com within 72 hours of the issue.

9) Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

You agree to contact us first at support@backlinksfans.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate any concern. By placing an order, you agree not to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider for services already initiated or delivered. Filing a chargeback for an initiated/delivered service constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

In any payment-processor or bank investigation, we will submit our order records, delivery logs, internal timestamps, progress reports, before/after snapshots, and customer communications as evidence of service initiation and delivery. We may suspend or terminate accounts that initiate unfounded chargebacks and may seek recovery of fees and costs incurred.

10) Cancellations & “Emergency Orders”

Once you receive our order start confirmation, any change or cancellation request must be submitted within 2 hours by email to support@backlinksfans.com. After initiation, orders cannot be canceled, postponed, slowed, accelerated, or guaranteed at a specific time, as delivery depends on internet/services/platform availability.

11) Limited Control Over Social Networks

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by social networks. Platform changes or enforcement actions (including dropping likes/followers/views, verification changes, or account suspensions) are outside our control, and we do not issue refunds, refills, or cancellations on that basis.

12) Prohibited Uses & Compliance

You agree not to use our services to violate any law, regulation, or platform Terms of Service, including spam, impersonation, fraud, or intellectual-property infringement. We may refuse or stop any order at our discretion if we suspect fraud, abuse, reselling without authorization, or policy violations.

13) Intellectual Property & Limited License

Site materials are provided as is for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing. You may not modify, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or mirror content. This limited license terminates automatically if you breach these Terms.

14) Disclaimers

Services and site materials are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant results, future performance, or the reliability of third-party platforms.

15) Limitation of Liability
