Digital Intangible Goods and Refund Policy

Effective date: January 01, 2025

At BacklinksFans.com, we sell digital, intangible marketing services (e.g., followers, likes, views, and related services). By placing an order and completing payment on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1) Nature of the Services & Definitions

  • Digital Services. All products offered are non-physical, intangible services delivered through third-party social platforms.
  • Service Initiation. A service is deemed initiated when any of the following occurs: (a) your order enters our processing queue; (b) resources/providers are allocated; or (c) delivery begins in whole or in part on the target profile/post.
  • Service Delivery. A service is considered delivered when the ordered action (e.g., followers/likes/views) has been applied to the provided profile/post or when delivery progress is recorded in our systems.

2) Non-Refundable Once Started

All sales are final once the service has been initiated. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, subsequent fluctuations (drops), or changes in social media algorithms, policies, verification, or anti-spam measures that may affect performance after delivery.

Notice: This is a digital service — non-refundable once initiated.

3) Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information (correct profile link/username and post URLs).
  • Keep the account/profile public/visible for the duration of delivery.
  • Do not change usernames/URLs or delete content during delivery.

Orders affected by incorrect data, private/limited profiles, content removals, shadowbans, region/age restrictions, posting changes, or platform violations are not eligible for refunds or re-delivery.

4) Platform Risk & Performance Variability

Performance may vary due to third-party platform controls (e.g., rate limits, filters, queue delays, moderation events). Such platform-level or force-majeure events do not create eligibility for refunds.

5) Proof of Delivery & Evidence

We maintain internal logs, timestamps, progress reports, and before/after snapshots as evidence of delivery. Upon request, we may provide a delivery summary (PDF/report). Delivery is validated against these records, not solely by visible counters that may fluctuate as platforms adjust counts.

6) Adjustments/Credits (If Attributable to Us)

If an order cannot be fulfilled due exclusively to a BacklinksFans error (e.g., a confirmed technical fault before any partial delivery), we may, at our sole discretion:

  • re-attempt delivery; or
  • issue a partial refund or store credit proportionate to the undelivered portion.

Requests must be emailed to support@backlinksfans.com within 72 hours of the issue.

7) Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Violations

We may cancel, pause, or refuse any order suspected of fraud, abusive use, reselling without authorization, or violations of platform Terms of Service. Such cases are not eligible for refunds.

8) Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

By completing your purchase, you agree to contact us first at support@backlinksfans.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate any issue. You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your payment provider for services already initiated or delivered. Filing a chargeback for an initiated/delivered service constitutes a material breach of this policy.

In any payment-processor or bank investigation, we will submit our order records, delivery logs, internal timestamps, progress reports, before/after snapshots, and customer communications as evidence of service initiation and delivery.

9) Acceptance

By placing an order on BacklinksFans.com and completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy. Your order records and our delivery evidence will be used to verify service initiation and delivery.

10) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect product or regulatory changes. The version in force at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
